The user’s personal data will be used by the Grand Hotel Principe di Piemonte respecting the principles of the protection of privacy laid down by Legislative Decree N° 196 of 30th June 2003 and other laws in force regarding this matter. This information regards the personal data sent by the user when requesting information or estimates, as well as those taken from visits to, and navigation on our site. The Grand Hotel Principe di Piemonte processes the user’s personal data according to Legislative Decree N°196/2003 – which is to say by collecting, registering, organising, conserving, processing, modifying, selecting, extracting, comparing and using, in connection with any other operation useful for the providing of the services requested, for the most part electronically. These data can also be organised in data banks or archives. In particular the aims of processing the personal data are the following: a) to provide the information and/or send messages relative to the service; b) to carry out any accounting and tax-related requirements; c) to trace parties and eventual illicit actions only in the case of a specific request and on behalf of the competent authorities. Should the user have given his consent: d) the Grand Hotel Principe di Piemonte agrees not to pass the client’s data on to third parties; e) to verify the quality of the services offered, also by offering post-sales services. f) to send advertising messages relative to its own products and services; the client can access his data at any time and exercise the rights as laid down in article 7 of Legislative Decree N° 196/2003 by contacting the holder of the processing at: info@principedipiemonte.com. There are two types of personal data: obligatory and optional, as specified in the request for information. The submission of obligatory data and their processing for the aims as stated above are strictly necessary to carry out the services indicated. An eventual refusal on the part of the user to provide these data or any refusal to allow the data to be processed will make it impossible to avail oneself of the service offered by the Grand Hotel Principe di Piemonte. The other data collected is to help the Grand Hotel Principe di Piemonte to offer constantly higher levels of service. The client is free to provide these data or not as he pleases.
