On October 29th 2018 our Chef Giuseppe Mancino, 2 Michelin stars, took part in one of the special evenings organized at the Castello di Spaltenna by the Executive Chef Vincenzo Guarino.
Dining With the Stars is a review of dinners dedicated to haute cuisine that, this year, saw as protagonists the women chefs who have duelled throughout the summer with the Chef Vincenzo Guarino and the pizza master makers who brought their creations to the Pizzeria Spaltenna, the novelty of the 2018 season, an open space with a wood-burning oven, signed by chef Vincenzo Guarino and pizza chef Gennaro Nasti of the “Pizzaria Bijou” in Paris.
Chef Mancino participated in the great final evening together with other starred chefs, characterized by an inedited food and wine itinerary in which it was possible to taste the proposals of chefs, pizza chefs, butchers, pastry chefs, accompanied by numerous wineries.
It was an opportunity to learn about the excellence of the Italian food and wine scenery and to contribute to a noble purpose: part of the proceeds was donated to charity.
Waiting for the reopening of the Il Piccolo Principe Restaurant, scheduled for March 8th, 2019, the Chef remains at your disposal for organizing corporate events or private parties in the fabulous setting of the Grand Hotel Principe di Piemonte, on the Viareggio promenade.
