On Wednesday, May 15th, 2019 Chef Giuseppe Mancino and the kitchen team of the “Il Piccolo Principe” Restaurant were at LEA, Corporate Hospitality area at the Internazionali BNL d’Italia, in collaboration with Forte Village Resort.
Because of the bad weather day…
Chef Mancino and Chef Massimiliano Mascia have decided to set up the central tennis court in the kitchen!
Here is the winning proposal for the evening:
Tartare of blond shrimp, tuna bottarga, buffalo mozzarella and chicory
Tuscan Sushi (meat, pecorino, truffle and fried bread)
Maltagliati pasta, peas, mullet and orange (in the photos below)
Roasted duck, creamy potatoes, caramelized spring onions and spice sauces
Panna cotta with white chocolate, tonka beans, strawberries and almond crumble
