Today we enter the kitchen of the Il Piccolo Principe Restaurant. During the opening season of the Restaurant our Chef Giuseppe Mancino brings together a group of young talents called to make memorable a dinner in his twice-starred restaurant.
In the kitchen there is not a moment of pause and the whole team is busy in preparing dishes.
And here it is… perfumes, colours and frying pans to make magic and create tasty delicacies for the guests.
In the air it can breathe attention to the smallest detail and passion for perfection. The Sous Chef Alessio Bachini is always attentive and focused on what happens in the kitchen.
There is no lack of briefing and comparison moments among the kitchen staff and the dining room.
It is time for service and the last touch to the pass is up to the Chef who decides if the dish is really ready to go to the dining room.
Meanwhile in the dining room… the mise en place is treated in all detail and the Restaurant Manager & Head Sommelier Thomas Vandenbossche selects the best wines.
